Because from what I read (which I admit I've skipped some stuff) Goose verified what Glados claimed as a role.

Am I mistaken?

Goose verified GlaDOS’s items not necessarily their uses. If GlaDOS was telling the truth then they would have had to move on Dragonborn last night to heal them. I moved on GlaDOS again last night. GlaDOS didnt move at all but Dragonborn is still alive thanks to whoever the real doctor is.

Also rereading GlaDOS's explanation they aren't claiming the Doctor role, they are claiming the protector role.

If they are being truthful then there's likely another doctor who can specifically cure poison.

Not trying to go to bat for GlaDOS but I think the evidence isn't there to go lynching

Regardless of who's telling the truth. I'd like to say that GlaDOS is claiming to be healer, not protector.

I respect your belief that there is not substantial evidence. I personally disagree, though my opinion would be invalid on that argument for I am the one who found the evidence. Therefore I saw we respectfully agree to disagree.
