Day 2 Investigation

It deeply saddens me to hear the news of our fair Priest's death. As a scholar, I greatly appreciated his dedication to listing correct sources. We will need to step up our investigation to prevent further tragedies from occurring. I implore everyone who has information-related abilities to share what they can now before it is too late. After all, you can't take it with you. And I hate the idea of lost knowledge.

With that said, I have some grave news from my record studies. I have found that at least one of the following people is GUILTY of witchcraft.

The Butcher
The Drunk
The Hunter

May God spare us.

Could you elaborate what kind of information or role leads you to that conclusion?

My role gives different information on odd and even nights. Through my studies, I am supplied with an essentially random list of people. On odd nights I am provided two people, and at least one is good. On even nights, I am provided three people, and at least one is evil. I may not be long for this world, but my hope is I can assist in the discovery of at least one witch.

My role is not informative but I moved BOTH nights 1 and 2.

After reviewing the night scenes, there is not enough evidence to suggest whether these killings were perpetrated by the same person or two different people. Blood has been spilled on this night, but all we know about the Tailor is he was "found dead." I think our best course of action is to remain calm and civil until we can get this sorted out.

The other option we should consider is that you’re lying and you + some of the names you list ARE witches while the other hand of those listed aren’t

Just something to keep in mind.

I'm inclined to believe our friend, The Librarian. This information could be useful, but as things stand it's too vague for us to act on.

While I cannot confirm innocence, I am certain The Drunk couldn't have killed night one.

I'm inclined to believe the Librarian as well. Hopefully we have a protector who can help them out next night cycle.

The Educator, If you are the reason I ripped my pants the night before last, I kindly ask for repayment in a few bottles of Elderberry Mead.

As for last night, I went on a search for religion in hopes of overcoming this urge to drink. I ended up with The Monk who just had some wine for me to drink.

I don't skimp on communion wine. Seems I'll be doing communion alone now though... Why was it my poor brother in Christ!? I pray he is with the Lord now. As for me, I unfortunately have no information to give. I do also apologize for feeding the Drunk's uhm... Habits

I am inclined to believe that the Drunk is not our man based on these eyewitness reports. What does our friend the Butcher have to share here?

I was derelict in my duties last night.  This may be seen as suspicious, and I accept any inquiries.  I will not be inactive again, I assure you.

I have no damning evidence at this time, as my task is more suited to revealing liars, and I have no solid reason to believe anyone has be untruthful thus far.

To be 100% blunt I moved on myself night one and YOU on night 2.
Again, my role doesn’t give me any information unless something else were to have occurred

A real life witching and still nary a scoop to report on. The neighboring town seemed promising… but I don’t think anyone visited there last night.

I apologize most sincerely for my absence, we are experiencing a rush at the Inn as of late. I have moved both nights but know nothing of substance quite yet.

I done whittled away every night but nothing goods come of it yet.

This is where the Drunk states the Monk has wine.

The Educator also claimed to have blocked the Drunk night one. It means he at least didn't kill night one.

And the Drunk knew he was blocked night 1, which means he tried to move.

Bingo. The Drunk is verified more than pretty much anyone at this point.
I'm still unsure if the Librarian's lists were trust worthy or not. It's super easy to fake and very difficult to verify. If they are trustworthy, it would mean the Hunter would have to be a witch at this point.

Yeah it’s basically the Hunter or the Librarian at this point.

And the Hunter’s reluctance to accept any of the many things pointing to the Drunk’s innocence…. Well, it makes me think some kind of way, that’s for sure.
